I search via the Shopify order number. I tried that and it doesn't appear in the search. E.g. #10134
Ability to cancel/refund label
Sometimes we have small value orders for which it makes no sense to spend money on eparcel when they can be sent with stamps for 5 times lower price. If we could print mailing labels only then they could be used to ship with postage stamps only. Its a feature Strashipit has and I miss it dearly
I keep track of how much we pay for shipping for each order and I have to go into each order separately to see the charge. Would be handy to have this showing with all the orders on the main screen.
Manually create labels that are not attached to an order. We create labels to send to our customers for returns or we create them and send them to our suppliers sometimes to send stuff to us.
We have a dedicated USA warehouse and a dedicated Australian warehouseto service these markets. It would save a lot of time to be able to do a bulk fulfillment without having to manually go through and ensure that no USA orders are accidentally fulfilled through Ricemill. Maybe it could mirror the shipping zones that are setup within Shopify, or have it's own filter function to filter out any orders that don't have an AU as the destination address.
In Store Pickup and Local Delivery orders clutter up Ricemill, and should be filtered/excluded by default as we do these ourselves, not via AusPost or couriers. The current filter on shipping method is not set, and only allows selecting one option - we have multiple types we do want to ship, and don't really want to switch between Standard and Express just to exclude local.
Pay for labels using PayPal, as AusPost doesn't accept AMEX.
We use sendle to send our orders, it will be nice to be able to print labels directly from Ricemill
It would be nice to be able to bring WooCommerce orders into the app as well. So, that we can fulfil orders from both platform in one screen.
When in the package info window to select postage type with aus post there is no indicator as to what shipping the customer had selected so its easy to make a mistake of regular instead of express. All the items that have been ordered for that shipment are shown but no information as to shipping type
Allow users to store frequently used package boxes in the app. This can streamline order fulfilment without having to re-enter the dimension every time.
Support multi-locations in shopify. So if order are fulfilled 1 to 1 with the location they were sold in
It would be great to be able to pay and print for multiple orders at the same time
Sync product data in Ricemill/Shopify like weight and HS code if changed in Shopify/Ricemill
