Feature requests

Be able to redo a shipment for an already fulfilled order (not reprint the same label). For times where you need to resend an order/send a replacement etc.

Currently the "Full description of goods" auto filled on the customs form is taken from your Product's Name. If the product name is too long, the customs description does not show the entire product name. Also for customs forms, you need an actual description of the contents, which is not always covered simply by the Product name. We have had items rejected and returned by customs overseas because of this. There needs to be a way to edit the Description of Goods for Australia Post International Orders to make the feature useable. Thanks :)

I would love to be able to add some personalization to the tax invoices, to include our returns policy and other useful information.

I want to be able to save my preferrences for The option for signature and extra cover option as always turned on. So that i don't miss it, because all my parels need to be signed for and insured.

Sync Tracking number to Paypal so that i don't have to use another app, saving me a monthly fee.

I want to append a free text to the reference field just like i am able to do in Australia Post website when i purchase a shipping label. Tax invoice, the GST amount should be showing against each product line item as required by Australian Taxation Office.

Ability to cancel/refund label

Manually create labels that are not attached to an order. We create labels to send to our customers for returns or we create them and send them to our suppliers sometimes to send stuff to us.

Sync product data in Ricemill/Shopify like weight and HS code if changed in Shopify/Ricemill

Pay for labels using PayPal, as AusPost doesn't accept AMEX.

Would be good to have arrows to go to next order rather than having to use breadcrumb to go back to orders page and click on the order.

Add DHL integration to compare rates and print labels.

It would be great to have the ability to invite multiple users to the account so we don't have to share login details. This would suit big merchants with multiple staff working concurrently, as well as small merchants with casual staff e.g. who work different days. Maybe allow up to 3 users on the free plan, more on the Plus plan? This should ideally use google or other federated login.

Currently, I can only batch fullfill labels if the orders appear on the same page within Ricemill, any order that sits outside the first page, even if it gets selected, it doesn't get added to the batch for some reason. I'm not sure if this is just a bug or intended feature, but would be good if we can batch fullfill any order we pick thats within Ricemill.

It would be awesome to pull Etsy orders and automatically ship once fulfilled. Currently I use another 3rd party app to pull Etsy orders on Shopify however still manually enter the despatch information on Etsy.
