We've added the ability to import both pending (unpaid) and paid orders.
Add feature for Ricemill to allow fulfillment of order pending payment e.g., those that were made via a purchase order
This is required since not all orders are paid at the time of fulfillment. Currently this means we need to go direct to the carrier and type everything in.
Follow the below steps to allow the import of both pending and paid orders.
- Go to Integrations->Sales Channels
- Click Open next to your connected Shopify store.
- Within the Settings tab, change the option 'Which orders should we import from Shopify?' to 'Pending and Paid orders'.
Note: This setting is applicable to new orders placed after you've enabled it.
